Great location, great price, great service. However, we found the room got stuffy when the door is closed for prolonged periods. There was a window that we could open, but it had no screen so we were worried about bugs coming in. Bathrooms are shared. There are shared kitchen, dining and lounge areas, including an outside sitting area. The location was fantastic - close to everything we wanted to see. The owner let us park our motorcycles in his restaurant next door, where they were safe for a couple of days. 200 pesos for a bed in a dorm, or 400 pesos for a couple in a private room.

This funky and clean hostel was wonderful to stay at, a great deal, hot showers, wifi, an outside terrace, and a huge kitchen. The family that owns the place are extremely hospitable, and we came on a motorcycle and they let us park right in their own garage. The next day they were cooking tamales, mmmm! This was such a wonderful find!
